What does Managed add?
We set up and run your testing for you: a 2-week setup with up to 40 callers built for your agent, a person reviewing up to 40 failed calls a month, a monthly evidence pack and a named contact. It has a 3-month minimum.
Who can get a free report?
Anyone with an email address we can confirm. One free run per person: 20 calls, once, with one accent caller and one noisy line. Disposable addresses are refused.
Can I test a number I do not run?
Only with permission. You confirm you are allowed to test it, and we check it answers as the agent you named.
What happens to the recordings?
They stay in your workspace for your plan’s history period, then are deleted. We never train models on them. Your data
How do I know the judges are right?
You can read the evidence for every mark and overturn it. We will publish how often judges agree with people, with the method. AI judges
