Who we are

RingTru is run by GME Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We decide how your details are used, which makes us the controller under UK data protection law.

What we keep

• Your work email address.
• Your company name, your company website and what you run your agent on, if you tell us.
• Which page you joined from, and the time you joined.
• The words you agreed to when you joined.

To stop automated sign-ups, the server counts recent tries from each internet address for ten minutes. That count is held in memory and is not saved with your details. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Why we keep it

To email you when RingTru opens and when your free report is ready. Your company and platform answers help us decide which platforms to support first, and we read your website to understand what your company offers. We do not sell your details or use them for anything else.

Our lawful basis

Your consent, given when you join the list. You can withdraw it at any time, and we will remove you.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove you, or 12 months after we last email you, whichever comes first.

Who else sees it

Only the service that stores the list and sends our emails, under a contract that limits it to doing that for us. We will name it here before the list is used.

How to be removed

Reply to any email we send, or write to greg@gme.solutions. We will remove you and confirm by email.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
